Our team

Patrick started Gordon Clifford Properties Inc. to continue the family tradition of serving San Francisco's property owners and tenants. We aim to customize our service to each property to improve the investment for the owner while providing residents with a well maintained building.

Patrick graduated in 2001 from St. Ignatius College Preparatory and has a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After graduation, his eight year project management career allowed him to hone his skills overseeing $100 million dollars in mechanical and plumbing construction projects throughout the bay area. He then served a a property manager and sales agent with Gordon/Clifford Realty Inc. for seven years before starting his own management company.

With every aspect of our business, Patrick puts honesty and integrity first while developing relationships with his clients. As a fourth generation realtor, Patrick has been around the San Francisco real estate business his whole life. He looks forward to continuing the family tradition of exceptional client service. Lucius has been with Gordon Clifford Properties keeping its managed properties in fine working order. He applies years of knowledge and experience in the building and repair field to fulfill the needs of Gordon/Clifford’s tenants and property owners.
